Halina _Future _Education_final HBO_wiziq2015-08-11_1924Have you ever wondered why it seems so difficult to talk with some people and so easy to talk with others? Can you recall an occasion where you met someone for the first time and immediately liked that person? Something about the individual made you feel comfortable.

A major goal of this course is to help participants understand the impact that their communication skills have on other people. They will also explore how improving these skills can make it easier for them to get along in the workplace, and in life.

·        Students will learn how to:

·        Identify common communication problems that may be holding them back

·        Develop skills to ask questions

·        Learn what their non-verbal messages are telling others

·        Develop skills in listening actively and empathetically to others

·        Enhance their ability to handle difficult situations

·        Deal with situations assertively

Have you ever been awed by someone who always seems to know what to say and how to say it in any situation? They know how to communicate with diplomacy, tact, and confidence; and now you can acquire these same effective communication skills – also known as “soft skills” – at this new interpersonal skills training seminar.

By improving your interpersonal communication skills, or “people management skills”, you’ll gain dexterity and grace in dealing with new or trying situations; recognize how you come across to others; speak honestly and confidently; become conscious of body language; master your emotions; give and receive criticism constructively; present yourself as powerful – not intimidating; and say what you need to say without offending or creating conflict. After completing this 2-day interpersonal skills training program, you’ll improve your professional communication skills and be able to say anything to anyone in ways that influence outcomes and create cooperation
